All prices in thousand Indonesian Rupiah. Additional custom is not included in the Wedding Heels Packages and requires additional fees. Any add-on(s) that has been made or added can't be canceled. WATT has the rights to update the pricelist from time to time without prior notice.

We keep order and account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet accounting and legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll remove your personal information except where we're required to keep records (for example, financial records) for a limited period.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the WATT website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or creating a WATT Club account, you agree to these terms.
We offer Regular, Instant, and Same-Day shipping (availability depends on your delivery area — Instant and Same-Day are currently limited to Jakarta & Tangerang). Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the courier. Risk of loss passes to the courier once your order has been handed over for delivery; if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days so we can help resolve it with the courier.
WATT Club is our loyalty program. Members earn 1 point for every Rp 10,000 spent on completed orders. Points expire 1 year from the date they're issued and can be redeemed for discounts and vouchers as shown on your Member page. We may adjust the earning rate, tiers, or available rewards from time to time; any changes will apply going forward and won't remove points you've already earned.
We do our best to display product colors, materials, and sizing accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen display or handmade production. Bespoke or made-to-order items (such as WATT a Night bridal consultations) follow the specific terms agreed during your consultation.
You're responsible for keeping your account and login details secure. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

All sales are final — we do not offer refunds. If something isn't right with your order, we're happy to arrange an exchange within 5 working days of delivery, as explained below.
You may request an exchange within 5 working days of the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this window can't be accepted. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.
If you receive the wrong item, a defective pair, or something damaged in transit, contact us on WhatsApp or at hello@watt-walkthetalk.com within 5 working days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a free exchange for the correct or a new item — return shipping in this case is on us.
Didn't get the fit right? You can request a size exchange within the same 5 working day window, as long as the shoes are unworn, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Reach out to us on WhatsApp to arrange it — return shipping costs for size exchanges are covered by the customer unless the original size was sent in error on our part.
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@watt-walkthetalk.com within 5 working days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) involved, and photos if relevant. We'll guide you through the next steps.
